This Saturday, 27th of January 2024 until the 2nd of March 2024, Sharon Louden exhibits the third iteration of her site-specific installation series, Barriers to Entry, in New York City.
The exhibition marks the artists first solo exhibition in New York City in 8 years and will feature coloured vinyl, highly reflective aluminium and works on paper.
Barriers to Entry, is a series of installations that reflect on the lack of inclusion within historically exclusionary space. As part of the programming accompanying the exhibition, Sharon will be hosting gatherings of artists entitled, 'Needs, Wants and Gives'. These workshops are open to the public and are aimed at building community and sharing opportunities. For more information, look here.
